The ability to effectively analyze different types of Human Resource (HR) and business data, extract actionable information from it, and present that information to decision makers is at the heart of a successful HR system that is able to compete at a high level. Professionals in human resource management are becoming increasingly responsible for designing models and analytics to support critical HR functions such as recruitment, selection, managing labor relations, compensation and benefits, training and career development. This workshop will provide a comprehensive grounding in these areas and is designed to meet the needs of experienced HR data analysts as well as professionals looking to enhance their work with this core competency. This full-day highly intensive workshop places workforce analytics and dashboards within its HR operations and strategic modeling context.
