This seminar is designed to help participants gain the ability to fairly measure how well their companies, business units, departments, projects or team members perform to their strategic goals and objectives. Participants will learn to design effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that provides clear understanding of current levels of performance.By the end of this 2 days seminar; Participants will be equipped to:
- Create and implement KPI’s that align with their Organization, department or project, goals, objectives and targets
- Set KPI that keeps everyone on the same page and moving in the same direction
- Create a data collection framework to ensure effective analysis and accurate reporting on Key Performance Indicators
- Develop a robust system to effectively collect, analyse and interpret performance data from business processes
