Planned Change Management



Gamey and Gamey in collaboration with IES is organizing a 3-day training workshop in Planned Change Management to equip top level management to acquire necessary knowledge, understanding and skill in Leadership, Policy, Innovation and Productivity for Sustainability and Growth in three key areas of Change. These are: INCREMENTAL, TRANSFORMATIONAL AND PLANNED CHANGE. We shall use 21 st Century Tools in PULSE Discovery Frame, Appreciative Inquiry and GHOST Principles for the learning and Coaching for the purpose.


The outcome is to make your organization and its people “Agents of Change”. A change in Communication, Negotiation, Enhanced Relationship with Labour and Management, Productivity and Salary Administration, and Leadership. Early Confirmed participants will receive pre-assignment test to prepare them for the learning. There will also be a post-learning test.
